Daily feasts services ordered online are only available to addresses within 30-45 minutes of the nearest Real Chicken Kitchen. Clients are advised to only place orders from kitchens within their locality. We reserve the right to decline orders to customers who are not within the 30-45 minutes area of our designated kitchen.

We use our own delivery staff to deliver foods to our customers. We also work with third parties such as Uber Eats & similar others. Delivery is at designated hours, namely from 11am-3pm and in the evenings from 6pm-10pm, on Monday through to Saturday. Please indicate your preferred date when placing your order. Real Chicken kitchens are closed on Sundays!

Delivery is at designated hours, namely from 11am-3pm and in the evenings from 6pm-10pm, on Monday through to Saturday. Please indicate your preferred date & time of your weekend delivery order when placing your order online. Please note that Real Chicken kitchens are closed on Sundays for Weekend orders!

Party catering orders are treated as special orders, therefore, we expect customers to place the order not less than two weeks before the party date. The feast is prepared specificaly to customer order and delivered on the agreed date and time. Customers MUST be available to collect the order when our delivery driver comes. All orders are pre-paid and confirmed by email by us. Changes can only be made on the day the order is placed. Any further changes/additions are treated as extra/additional orders and will be charged for separately.

Thanksgiving orders are treated as special orders, therefore, we expect the customer place the order well in advance and not lesss than two weeks before thanksgiving day. The feast is prepared specificaly to customer order and delivered with all its trimmings on the agreed thanksgiving day and time. Customers MUST be available to collect the order when our driver comes to deliver at the designated address given. All orders are pre-paid and confirmed via email by us. Changes can only be made on the day the order is placed only. Further changes/additions are treated as extra/additional orders and will be charged for separately.

Christmas orders are treated as special orders, therefore, we expect customers to place the order well in advance and not less than two weeks before Christmas - namely not later than 15 December. The Christmas feast is prepared specificaly to customer order and delivered on the agreed Christmas day at a given, pre-arranged time of the day. The customers MUST be available to collect the order(s) when our driver comes to deliver at the designated address given. All orders are pre-paid and confirmed via email by us. Changes can only be made on the day the order is placed. Any further changes/corrections are treated as extra/additional orders and will be charged for accordingly. We reserve the right to decline orders once our kitchen capacity is reached.

New Years Day feast orders are treated as special orders, therefore, we expect customers to place the order well in advance and no later than the 15th of December. The New Years's Day feast is prepared specificaly to customer order and delivered on the agreed New Year day at a given, pre-arranged time of the day. Customers MUST be available to collect the order(s) when our driver comes to deliver at the designated address given. All orders are pre-paid and confirmed by email by us. Changes can only be made on the day the order is placed only. Any changes/corrections are treated as extra/additional orders and will be charged for accordingly. We reserve the right to decline orders once our kitchen capacity is reached.

We generally DO NOT operate on Sundays in order to allow our staff to rest properly. We believe that health is wealth. We hope that our customers will respect that and work with us accordingly.

Full payment including the cost of delivery is required and must be paid in advance. Part payment is not acceptable. Orders cannot be cancelled once paid for. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
